2. {{PAYMENT POLICY}}

2.1 We accept payments via PAYPAL. Payments must be received within 2 days of purchase or we will have to cancel the order. (If you are having problems with Paypal that may delay payment just let us know).

3.1 We ship domestically via First Class Royal Mail with delivery confirmation, but if you require other shipping options (faster shipping, tracking or insurance) please contact us before you place your order and we can adjust your charges :)

4.1 We provide tailored service for custom orders. Please contact us for more detail.

4.2 As we source our beautiful material domestically & internationally, so sometimes the material we need to order from oversea and it may postpone the complete date for the item.

4.3 Usually custom orders can be completed within 7 - 1 month working days, depending on the source of material.

4.4 If you would like to give the item as a gift to someone special, we can gift warp it and send straight to this special someone for you. We charge £1.50 for gift wrap. Just leave us a message before checking out, and don't forget to give us the information we need to send to this special someone! (Name & Address & Contact Number)
